# ChatRoss

> ChatRoss is an AI chat and voice sales agent for garment decoration shops — screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and any other decoration method. It replaces a shop's quote/order form with a real conversation that collects the order details, prices the job from the shop's own pricing rules, generates a mockup, captures an explicit logged approval, and hands the finished order off for payment and production.

Key facts about how ChatRoss works:

- The agent's conversational persona is named "Ross."
- Ross never invents or estimates a price. Every quote comes from the shop's own configured pricing rules — screen-print quantity-break and color-count matrices, embroidery stitch-count bands plus digitizing fees, DTF flat rates, contract/wholesale tiers, and rush fees.
- Approval is always an explicit, recorded event, never inferred from conversational sentiment. Each approval logs a timestamp, the exact mockup shown, the full order details, the literal confirmation text, and the customer's identity. Any change to an order after approval invalidates it and requires a fresh one.
- An order only moves to "paid" on a confirmed payment event from the authoritative payment system, never on a customer's say-so in chat.
- Chat and voice share one customer record, so a quote started on a phone call can be finished in a chat window without starting over.
- ChatRoss connects to the shop's existing setup: DecoNetwork, Shopify, WooCommerce, or standalone (the shop's own Stripe account). Approved orders are handed off to whichever system the shop already runs.
- Each shop is a separate tenant with its own pricing configuration, credentials, and customer records.

Subscription tiers: Chat (available now), Chat + Voice (in development), and Voice Cloning as an add-on to Chat + Voice (in development). Voice cloning requires documented consent on file before it can be enabled, and calls carry an AI-disclosure by default.
